After reading the title of this article, I can imagine what Fear the living dead fans think: “Dakota may be a murderer in the back, but a SERIAL KILLER?” It’s kinda over there, don’t you think?
Or maybe: “Well, duh. She murdered Cameron and John for no good reason; of course, she will one day become a serial killer!
We all know Dakota is a murderous con artist, but is she even worse than we thought? In this week’s Fear The Walking Dead Theory, I seek to prove it.
And, after thinking about it… you are probably right. Dakota has obviously murdered people, but to go so far as to call him a serial killer is a little far fetched. She is only killed of them people, and none of them were expected, so, yeah, the etiquette is a bit of a stretch.
I mean, it’s not like she was killed the other people befo–
Fear The Walking Dead Theory: Dakota is a Serial killer.
Now you might be wondering: “What proof do you have that Dakota killed people outraged Cameron and John?
Would have his own admission do the trick?
In this week Fear the living dead, when Dakota, Teddy, Cole, and Alicia were heading to the auto repair shop, Dakota took the opportunity to ask Teddy about his time in prison and why he was there in the first place. Teddy explained that he was jailed for murdering people who “got in his way,” to which Dakota asked if he felt bad about it, and then their conversation more or less went like follows:
Teddy: “Am I detecting some guilt for your own malicious acts, Sioux?”
Dakota (Emphasis added): “I only killed people I had to.”
Teddy: “So you knew them, then?”
Dakota (Emphasis added): “One of them over others.“
Teddy: “Did you feel bad about what you did to her?”
Dakota: “No. Didn’t really give me a choice. But, when I tell people that, they look at me like they’re scared.
Okay. Let’s stop and ask a few questions here: People?
I know: Technically, because she killed Cameron and John, you could say that this was what she meant. Fine. But…”Others”? Others implies that she was talking about killing someone outraged John (after killing Cameron, who she seemed to be referring to), meaning she subtly admits to killing After more than two people.
First, who are these “others”? Were they members of some pioneer communities? I imagine it should be unless her nightly excursions (of which Cameron caught her coming back) causes her to find poor hikes and just plain murder them. Come to think of it, that honestly wouldn’t surprise me …
Second…when, exactly, did she start doing that? Was it a New thing? If it had only started since Virginia first got wind of Morgan’s trailer, and this was that why she started insisting that Dakota not be allowed to leave? Did it happen Even earlier? Had it happened before the home? Was that the “unprotection” Virginie was talking about when she explained why she killed Dakota’s grandparents? Were they let her become that? There are too many questions that this involvement opens and so few answers.
Either way, between the ease with which Dakota kills people, her inability to figure out the problem, how quickly she found a soul mate in Teddy, and the apparent volume of murders she subtly admitted to perpetrating. , I think it’s safe. say that Dakota is a serial killer. Even if it is not necessarily malicious By nature, that doesn’t change the fact that she seems to exude many characteristics of a depraved killer, one who, as the apocalypse continues, will only see the murder as After it’s worth it and just go wrong …at worst.
But what do you think? Do you think Dakota killed more people than we think? Who do you think they might be? Do you think she can, in fact, to be a serial killer? If so, how long do you think she’s been like this? Let me know! I’m curious!
