How will Hotta Studio react to Apple’s decision

“Since ToF is a multi-country, cross-platform game with the same version, and the price of items cannot be individually adjusted to the countries affected by Apple’s policy change, the purchase price of items gaming for all iOS players will be adjusted based on Apple’s policy changes. The price increase will take effect on October 5th (actual effective time is subject to Apple). For adjustment details , please see Apple’s announcement on the attached price adjustment link.

The post also included the countries that are affected by the increase: “Chile, Egypt, Japan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Poland, Sweden and all territories using the euro. The message clarified that the list will continue to be updated by Apple until it is finalized after their deliberation.

The post goes on to indicate how Hotta Studio plans to react to this decision by the iOS manufacturer. “To protect the interests of Wanderers as much as possible, the purchase price of in-game items for Android and PC players remains unchanged.”

This means that all prices outside of Apple systems should stay the same, but within those systems Hotta Studio doesn’t really have a way to prevent a price increase.
